Great location and wonderful service. The hotel is situated in a prime location that's close to several restaurants and supermarkets. It's also in proximity to some great skiing destinations. The hotel staff was always friendly and ready to assist. The internet connection was very reliable, which is always a plus.
The pillows in the room were too hard and high, and we were provided with only one kind of pillow. This made it uncomfortable for me, but I understand this can be subjective and different for everyone. Additionally, the tiles on the balcony were severely slippery, which made it difficult to stand or maneuver while outside. I had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The apartment was new and clean, all the amenities were functional, and the restaurant nearby was outstanding. Location-wise, it was close to the ski area and conveniently located in the suburbs.
Our only complaint was the slippery tiles outside the entrance, which were particularly dangerous in the winter when they froze over. language barriers caused some communication issues with the staff, making it difficult to convey certain requests.

Cosy and authentic Talas location. Tram stop within walking distance. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable apartment. Warm and cozy during winter weather. Excellent WiFi. Helpful and English-speaking hotel manager. Full support during flight disruptions

We had a great experience at this hotel. The facilities were super clean, from the fresh towels to the fully equipped kitchenette. The staff was very helpful, providing prompt service and excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants. the hotel's location was ideal, with a tram stop just a short walk away and a supermarket right across the street. we loved the amazing mountain views from our balcony.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
